(1) Introduction

Despite all the advantages of the internet, some business fundamentals don't change. The relationship between clients and myself has to be based on integrity and trust. Although we might not meet personally to shake hands, it is basic that all you feel comfortable with the security and honesty of the services and products I market.

As I accept various credit and debit cards payments, together with managing personal data, such as names and addresses, it's imperative that you feel safe with the business practices and disclosure policy I've set up. Naturally, this covers both the use to which personal information is put to and how it's protected. So, both these practices and policy are based on and aimed at complying fully with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard 2004.

(2) Disclosure Policy

So as to stress the dependability you may expect from myself, together with the attention I pay to protecting your personal information, my disclosure policy is based principally on accountability and transparency. This policy has the framework with which my business practices' standards are put together, as well as I handle your personal information and deal with direct contacts with you.

My disclosure policy is made up of five aspects:

(A) your personal and business' (where applicable) details and description;

(B) my privacy policy;

(C) my delivery policy;

(D) my policy on cancellations, refunds and returns;

(E) my policy on contact information.

(B) My privacy policy

My privacy policy is aimed at handling and securing my clients' personal and business details. It is made up of the following:

(a) the client information that is identifiable only to you which I ask for;

(b) how I use that information;

(c) if any of the information in (a) above is shared, how this is done;

(d) what choices I'm able to offer you on how this information is collected and used by me as well as distributed, if applicable; 

(e) what choices I'm able to offer you on the ways I may communicate with you, e.g., direct mail, e-mail, etc.

(f) the types of security procedures I have to protect against alteration, loss, or misuse of all your personal and business information under my direct control.

(g) how you can amend, correct and update any data, or inaccuracies in this information.

Again, for simplicity's sake, I can confirm that I don't store your credit and/ or debit card numbers.

(C) My delivery policy

Once the sale's been made, so as to avoid any anxiety on your side, my delivery policy is straightforward:

(a) the delivery terms are made up of delivery costs which are determined by the weight of the package upto a purchase value of £50.00 and, thereafter, no delivery and handling costs will be charged;   

(b) the delivery service used by me is the standard Recorded Signed For™ parcel service from Royal Mail­™;

(c) deliveries can be the products can be nationwide and/ or abroad;

(d) unless you receive advice to the contrary within one working day, the dispatch of your order will be by the close of business of the next working day to your order date;

(e) each such dispatch to (b) above will be allocated a tracking number and this will be communicated to you within two working days of your order date.

(D) My policy on cancellations, refunds and returns

So as to gurarntee you a service that is truly simple, I'll even forgive any mistakes you may make on your orders with me. Initially, you may be unfamiliar with some of these products, so a particular order may not exactly be what you were expecting. As a result, I'll let you easily return unused products or cancel an order within a certain period - what I'd like to have is your loyalty, not just another order at any cost.

Due to this, my refunds and returns policy is aimed at being clear and covers damage to any dispatch during transit. Within the United Kingdom, I'll use the following:

(a) Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For™ service for dispatches worth upto £36.00;

(b) its Standard Parcel service for dispatches worth between £36.00 and £500.00;

(c) its Special Delivery™ service for dispatches worth between £500.00 and £2,500.00.

For overseas dispatches, I'll use the following:

(d) Royal Mail's Airmail service for dispatches worth up to £36.00;

(e) its Airsure® service for dispatches worth between £36.00 and £500.00;

(f) its International Signed For™ service for dispatches worth between £500.00 and £2,500.00.

As far as cancellations and returns are concerned:

(1) so long as the products are unused and still retain their original seals, you can choose to have the products you ordered exchanged for the same value of other products, or have the value of the products you ordered recredited to your payment card account;

(2) please note you can return any unused/ originally sealed order up to forteen calendar days after the dispatch date, if this was within the United Kingdom, or, up to twenty-eight days, if the dispatch was overseas;

(3) if the return takes place within these specified periods and are of unused products with their original seals, then, the refunds, or exchanges will be made in full;

(4) no charge will be made for these refunds, or exchanges, but, the dispatch of substitute orders will be levied;

(5) all order dispatches will contain self-addressed labels back to me for any returns within the conditions set out in points (1) and (2) above.

(3)   My Hair Extensions Service

(3.1)   My Hair Extension Service is made up the following steps:

          (3.1.1)   firstly, I'll ask that you kindly fill out the Hair Extensions Questionnaire, whose link is at the end of the Hair Extension page on this website, so that I can best advise you on how I can give you the best Hair Extension Service;

         (3.1.2)   I'll then arrange the Free Consultation with you whenever and wherever most convenient for you;

         (3.1.3)   at the Free Consultation we'll fill out the consultation form together, so that you have a record of what we decided together on the type of Hair Extension Service that'll be best for you;

         (3.1.4)   either at the Free Consultation, or within two working days, I'll give you the budget ("the Total Cost") for the Hair Extension Service, which will include the cost of the Hair Extentions, any Hair Extension Products you might need and my professional Hair Extension Application Service;

         (3.1.5)   once the Hair Extensions Application Service is completed, I'll sit down with you and explain my Hair Extensions Home Care Guide, a copy of which I'll leave you.

 (3.2)   There are three hair extensions applications:

           (3.2.1)   The Highlights   -   this is made up of fifty hair extension strands;

           (3.2.2)   The Half Head    -   this is made up of 100 hair extension strands;

           (3.2.3)   The Full Head     -   this is made up of 180 hair extensions.

(3.3)   Should your hair and/ or its style need a different number of hair extension strands (hereinafter called "Strands"), then the additional Strands will be charged at the same rate as that for whichever of the above options you choose.

(3.4)   Once we've agreed on the budget, per (3.1.4) above, I'll ask you for a non-refundable deposit ("the Deposit") of 50% of the cost of the number of Strands we decide would be best for you.

(3.5)   The balance between the Deposit and the Total Cost will be asked for on the day when the Hair Extension Application Service is given.
